Brewers pull Hauser from no-hitter bid; fall to Pirates

On Tuesday, Milwaukee Brewers General Manager Craig Counsell turned some heads when he pulled pitcher Adrian Houser from his no-hitter bid in the top of the seventh-inning against the Pittsburgh Pirates. The bullpen was unable to finish the job, as the Brewers fell in extra innings, 8-5. Milwaukee will face Pittsburgh again on Wednesday at 1:10 PM.

In other Tuesday action, the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers beat the Beloit Snappers in the opening game at their new stadium, 9-5 in ten innings.
