Two area teams will hit the links Friday morning for their first girls' golf action of the season.

Luxemburg-Casco and Sturgeon Bay will join Oconto, Oconto Falls, and Bonduel at Vernon Hills Golf Course for the first meet of the year. The pandemic left the Clippers golf team on the sideline for much of their season last year while the Spartans produced a state qualifier during a sixth-place finish at the Waupaca Regional.

Tee time is set for 9 a.m.
