Baseball notes: Sister Bay, Kolberg to meet in DCL Championship

The matchup is set for next week's Door County League baseball finale next weekend.

Kolberg defeated Washington Island 8-3 while Sister Bay shut out Institute 12-0. The Braves will visit the Bays next Sunday in Sister Bay for the championship at 1:30 p.m.

The Brewers put up a pair of runs in the fourth, sixth, and seventh innings at American Family Field on Sunday, cruising to a 7-3 win over the Washington Nationals.

The Timber Rattlers pitchers struck out 17 in its 6-2 win over the Cedar Rapids Kernels.
