The St. Norbert College Green Knights have high expectations heading into their first football season in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference. In the preseason poll, the Green Knights were picked to finish second in the conference. The poll was among the league’s coaches and sports information directors. St. Norbert got one first place vote, and the team picked first, Aurora University, received sixteen. Finishing third and fourth behind SNC in the poll is Benedictine and Lakeland University. The Green Knights open their season on September 4th in a 1:00 PM matchup with Loras College.
