Brewers unable to keep up with Twins

The Milwaukee Brewers and Minnesota Twins exchanged four-run innings in the middle of Saturday’s game but it was the Minnesota Twins who were able to score in later innings to win 6-4. In the bottom of the fourth inning, Minnesota got a hold of Adrian Houser and scored four runs. The Brewers retaliated with four of their own in the top of the fifth, with RBIs from Christian Yelich, Manny Pina, and Jace Peterson. The Twins then scored one run in the sixth and seventh inning. With the loss, Milwaukee’s record is 78-52 and they will play the Twins again on Sunday at 1:10 PM in Minneapolis.

In other area baseball action, the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers were shut out, 12-0 by the Quad Cities River Bandits on Saturday evening.
