Clippers and Tritons exciting come from behind finish

With less than two minutes to go, Clippers Porter Gigstead's hustle on the touchline lead to the game tying goal. The Midfielder for Sturgeon Bay was able to cross the ball back into the middle of the Tritons' box and Forward Robert Alas headed the ball into the back of the net with exactly 90 second left on the clock. This tied the game at 2-2 and that's where the game would end when the full 80 minute ticked away. In the first half, Spencer Hubbard scored the game's first goal in the 35th minute of play and that gave the Clippers the lead heading into the half. The Tritons came out strong in the second half of play scoring two straight goals (Geocaris 52', Lawton 58'). Joe Wind had an outstanding game with over 12 saves.

The Clippers will head to Algoma on Thursday to battle the Wolves and that game can be heard on 96.7 WBDK and the NEW Radio Sports Network.
