Door County United continues dominance; ready for weekend invite

No one has beaten the Door County United girls swim team yet after they beat New London this week by a 117 to 53 score. DC United had Friday off after Thursday’s win over New London, and now DC United will participate in Saturday’s Plymouth Invitational at Plymouth High School.

For DCU on Thursday, first-place finishers included Christy Braun, Julia Michalski, Cassie Rankin, Phoebe Bissen, Caitlyn Hasenjager, and Danica Neville. Also with a heavy contribution to the varsity team was Brooke Strege, who topped her season-high and scored 8 points in individual events. The DCU Junior Varsity team won 58-39 over New London as well.
