One local golfer will be moving on after the WIAA hosted regional golf meets across the state on Wednesday.

Luxemburg-Casco's Lydia Vandenhouten shot a 96 on the par-73 course at Northbrook Country Club in Luxemburg to qualify for the sectional meet at Hilly Haven Golf Course on October 5th. The Spartans took sixth place overall on their home course, finishing 43 strokes behind first-place Freedom.
