Clippers close the regular season with a physical battle at home on 103.3 The Clipper

The Sturgeon Bay Clippers soccer team ended the regular season with a 1-1 tie against Division 2 opponent Pulaski High School. In tonight's match, the Red Raiders struck first when Chase Ambrosius scored in the 13th minute. Then shortly after halftime, Senior Spencer Hubbard scored off a free kick in the 44th minute bringing the game to a one-to-one tie and that's where the game would end. The Clippers now turn their focus to the tournament where they are the number one seed in their region of the Sectional. Next Thursday, they will face the winner of the Lourdes Academy/Valley Christian v. Gresham/Bowler game and you can catch that on 96.7 WBDK with the kick-off at 7:00 pm and pregame starting at 6:30pm.
