Three area high school football teams will be moving on to the WIAA Football Tournament next Friday. The WIAA announced Saturday the field of teams that will participate and the seedings for the seven divisions.
The Luxemburg-Casco Spartans (9-0) and champions of the North Eastern Conference received a number one seed in Division 3 and will host the #8 Ashwaubenon Jaguars (3-6) of the Fox River Classic Conference.
#5 seeded Southern Door (8-1) will look to avenge Friday night’s 33-0 to #4 Kewaunee (7-2) as the Packerland Champion Storm will host the Eagles in Level 1 Division 5 playoff action.
Both games will be broadcast on New Radio Sports Network starting at 6:30 p.m. with the pregame show and kick-off set for 7 pm. The Southern Door at Kewaunee game will be on 104.1 FM WRLU and the Ashwaubenon at Luxemburg-Casco game will be on 96.7 FM WBDK. The game's audio can also be streamed on the NewRadioSportsRadioNetwork.com.
