Packers activate Bakhtiari from PUP, ponder other moves

The Green Bay Packers welcomed back one of its mainstays while potentially trying to lure a big-name wide receiver on Wednesday.

The organization activated offensive lineman David Bakhtiari off of reserve/physically unable to perform list after he tore his ACL late last season. Wednesday was the deadline for him to come off the list. The injury list for its game against Seattle at home on Sunday still has plenty of big names on it including Kenny Clark, Eric Stokes, and Dean Lowry.

The Packers were also tied to reports that they may try to sign wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. After being granted his release from the Cleveland Browns, the Packers and two other teams are reportedly the suitors for his services. PackersNews.com reports the organization offered the wideout the veterans' minimum of just over $1 million.
