Badger Basketball upsets Houston in Maui Invitational, play for title

The Wisconsin Badgers defeated the Houston Cougars 65-63 in the second round of the Maui Invitational Tuesday afternoon.  Coming out on fire in the first half, the Badgers took a 40-20 lead into halftime and hung on to upset the #12 Cougars.  Johnny Davis led the Badgers in scoring with 30 points and 4/5 from the three-point line.  Wisconsin (4-1) hit 12/15 at the free-throw line and was able to close out the game to advance to the finals on Wednesday in Las Vegas against St. Mary's on Wednesday.
