The Luxemburg-Casco Spartan wrestling team will travel to Pulaski on Saturday to compete in the 16-team Pulaski Invitational. The #2 state-ranked Spartans are coming off winning the North Eastern Conference championship last week in Denmark. The competition will begin at 10 am at Pulaski High School.
Other teams wrestling in the Pulaski Invitational besides Luxemburg-Casco includes; Antigo, Bay Port, Coleman, Denmark, Elkhorn, Freedom, Hortonville, Kaukauna, New London, Oconto Falls, Peshtigo, Port Washington, Pulaski, Seymour, and West DePere.
Southern Door and Sturgeon Bay/Sevastopol are competing in the Dirk Sorenson Invitational at Sturgeon Bay High School. Also competing in the tournament are Bay Port, Crivitz, Denmark, Freedom, Gillett/Suring, Iron Mountain, Lena, Little Chute, Lourdes Academy, Marinette, Menominee Indian, Oconto, Oshkosh North, Oshkosh West, Palmyra-Eagle, Suring, Two Rivers, Valders, Wittenberg-Birnamwood, and Wrightstown. Wrestling begins at 8 a.m.
