There will be no new conference championship banners hung by the Southern Door wrestling team this season.

The Eagles came up just short in its bid to win the Packerland, losing to Kewaunee 41-36. Mitchell Van Goethem, Max Severin, Logan Steinhorst, Mitch Thompson, and Ezra Ducat picked up key victories for the Storm to secure the championship despite forfeiting four weight classes. Those wrestlers would go on to win their other two matches on the evening.

Kewaunee lost its other two matches to Wrightstown (41-39) and Bay Port (48-28).
