The Wisconsin Badgers traveled to Illinois on Wednesday night to take on the Fighting Illini in what could prove to be a key Big Ten conference game.

One of the issues that plagued the Badgers all night long was their ability to shoot the deep ball. Wisconsin made just three 3-pointers on 24 attempts for the game yesterday evening. The Badgers also had no answer for Illinois big man Kofi Cockburn as he would finish the game with 37 points and 12 rebounds in 33 minutes of play. Johnny Davis led Wisconsin with 22 points, while Tyler Wahl added 14. 

The Badgers have a chance to turn things around on Saturday as they welcome the Penn State Nittany Lions to the Kohl Center.
