Bucks win second straight over Clippers

The Milwaukee Bucks faced off with the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday night in their second straight road game.

The first quarter was a back and forth battle but the Clippers used the three point shot to propel themselves to a 32-28 lead heading into the second frame. The Bucks would return to form in the second quarter and were able to close the gap and create their own lead which was at six before Bobby Portis beat the halftime buzzer to take a 60-51 lead into the halftime break.

The Bobby Portis three created a spark that carried over into the second half as the Bucks played some of their best basketball in the third quarter to extend their lead. The Clippers were not going down without a fight as they cut the lead to single digits in the fourth, but another run from Milwaukee would help them walk away with a 137-113 victory.

The Bucks had three players go over the 20 point mark with Giannis Antetokounmpo leading the way with 28, while Jrue Holiday added 27 and Bobby Portis added 24. The Bucks will be in action again on Tuesday as they will stay in L.A to face LeBron James and the Lakers with tip set for 9:00 p.m.
