For the second straight game, the Green Bay Gamblers' offense struggled to find shots against the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders' defense as they fell on the road Sunday afternoon 4-1 in Iowa.
After the RoughRiders scored inside of the game's first 70 seconds, Luke Weilandt tied the game up for the Gamblers' only goal of the game. The RoughRiders would score once in the second and twice in the third period to send the Gamblers to their third consecutive loss on the weekend. Rastislav Elias stopped 32 of the 36 shots he faced.
The Gamblers were only able to muster 44 shots in two games against the RoughRiders. Only 24 combined shots came after the first period in the two games.
