Other area teams saw Algoma lose to Shiocton 68-54 in Division 4 action, and Kewaunee upended Sturgeon Bay at home 67-54 in Division 3.
Sevastopol dropped their regional quarterfinal to Randolph 78-44.
The next action will be on Friday night as the advancing teams will play in the regional semi-finals.
