Brewers enter final spring training stretch with loss

The Texas Rangers used an eight-run sixth inning to cruise past the Milwaukee Brewers Sunday 13-2.

Brandon Woodruff's spring struggles continued as he works on his pitching repertoire. He gave up two homers as a part of his five runs over five innings of work. Aaron Ashby took the brunt of the Rangers' offense, giving up six runs (four earned) over 1 1/3 innings of work.

Kolten Wong and Hunter Renfroe provided the offense for the Brewers, recording RBI singles in the third and sixth innings respectively.

The Brewers begin to wrap up their spring training in Arizona this week with an 8:40 p.m. first pitch against the Colorado Rockies Monday.
