In area high school baseball Tuesday afternoon,  teams were finally able to get on the diamonds for action despite cold temperatures.

The Kewaunee Storm upended NEW Lutheran 12-2 in Packerland Conference play, while Algoma picked up a road win edging Peshtigo 6-5.

The Luxemburg-Casco Spartans traveled to Little Chute  and defeated the Mustangs 3-0 behind an impressive start by Owen Deprez who struckout 13 in going the distance.  Deprez added two home runs at the plate to help his cause, and Blake Robillard hit a solo shot as well.  

Luxemburg-Casco will host Little Chute on Thursday in a rematch of the battle of the L-Cs.
