Football will be played at Lambeau Field this summer, but not the kind you are accustomed to.

The Green Bay Packers, Manchester City, and FC Bayern Munich announced on Monday that the historic stadium will host the USA Cup, a friendly between the two clubs that is part of their respective summer tours stateside this summer. According to a release from the Packers, this will be the second meeting between the clubs on U.S. territory after Man City defeated FCB 3-2 on July 28, 2018, at Miami's Hard Rock Stadium in an International Champions Cup match.

Tickets will be sold in phases throughout the week ahead of the general public sale on Friday through Ticketmaster. Supporter group members get the first crack beginning on Tuesday and Wednesday with Packers season ticket holders having their opportunity on Thursday. Tickets are priced between $35 and $160.

Expectations are high for the first soccer match at Lambeau Field. Discover Green Bay estimates the event will have a $10 million impact on the region.
