Rebecca Kroll allowed just one hit, while striking out 12, as the Luxemburg-Casco Spartans defeated the Little Chute Mustangs 9-2 in the Division 2 Regional Semi-Final matchup in Luxemburg.

The Spartans had 13 hits on the night. Leading the way from the plate for L-C , Josie Dorner 3 for 3 with 3RBI, Mady Bouche 3 for 4, Lauren Adams 2 for 4 with a triple and 2 runs scored and Kylie Hanson went 2x3 with a double, 3 runs scored and 3 RBIs.

Brooke Beahm recorded the only hit for Little Chute, a double.

The Spartans will face the Denmark Vikings in the Regional Final Thursday in Luxemburg.

In other area girls softball regional action, the Southern Door Eagles upset Wrightstown 5-4 in Division 3, the Sevastopol Pioneers routed Pembine/Goodman 10-0 in five innings in Division 5.  The Chilton Tigers ended the Kewaunee Storm season with a 11-0 victory in five innings, and Algoma defeated Coleman 10-4.
