The Green Bay Rockers used a four-run third inning to take the drama out of a 7-0 win over the Lakeshore Chinooks on Sunday.
The Rockers were able to score the runs by playing small ball with a pair of singles, a bases-loaded walk, and a wild pitch sending people home. They would add a run in the eighth on a Mikey Kluska single and a pair in the ninth thanks to a Nainoa Cardinez RBI single.
Dylan Carter went the distance, allowing just five hits and a walk across nine scoreless innings while striking out eight.
The Rockers will welcome to Chinooks to Capital Credit Union Park Monday night for a 6:35 p.m. matchup.
