Green Bay Packers finally have their number one wide receiver in the building.

According to the Green Bay Press-Gazette, Allen Lazard signed his second-round tender worth $3.986 million. He had been sitting out trying to secure a long-term deal, but neither side could come to an agreement. 

The signature comes during the final week of organized team activities (OTAs), which will have two other sessions this week on Tuesday and on Thursday.
