Brewers sweep Reds

Hunter Renfroe homered for the third consecutive game leading the Milwaukee Brewers to 6-3 win over the Cincinnati Reds Sunday afternoon.  The Brewers were able to sweep the three-game series behind starting pitcher Adrian Howser (4-7) who went six innings allowing three runs on four hits while striking out five.  The Milwaukee bullpen closed out the game with three scoreless innings and Devin  Williams picking up his fifth save of the season.

Victor Caratini hit a two-run home run for the Brewers in the fourth inning to get the Brew Crew going and Andrew McCutchen had two hits and scored two runs to help the Milwaukee cause.

The Brewers (38-30) are now tied with the St. Louis Cardinals for first place in the NL Central and start a four-game series with the Redbirds Monday night.  First pitch is set for 7:05 pm from American Family Field.
