Seeing the Green Bay Packers up close for the first time this year might involve a cup of coffee.
The organization announced on Wednesday that the first three public practices of training camp (July 27-28, 30) will begin at 10:45 a.m. The practices will take place at Ray Nitschke Field located next to the Don Hutson Center. The other practice times will be announced at a later date. The Packers will also have special activities scheduled for the kids with a bike rodeo on July 28th and the Bellin Village of July 30th.
The announcement comes on the same day the organization officially signed second-round pick Christian Watson to his rookie contract. The North Dakota State standout was the last draft pick to come to terms with the Packers. No terms of the contract were released.
