A Washington Island tradition returns on Saturday morning for a good cause.
The Washington Island Rec Run is scheduled for Saturday at 10 am with 10K, 5K, and 2K options available. The ferry leaves at 8:15 AM, with pick-up available at 9:00 AM at the dock. Registration is still available up until the race's start. The event has been held virtually for the last two years, according to its results tab. The event represents one of the biggest fundraisers for the Mosling Recreation Center on Washington Island.
