The Milwaukee Brewers scored five runs in the sixth inning to take game two of the series against the Colorado Rockies 9-4.
Hunter Renfroe hit his second homer of the series to put the Brewers up for good in the fourth inning with a 3-1 advantage. The Brewers would bat around in the sixth inning with Kolten Wong, Victor Caratini, and Christian Yelich driving in runs with hits. Luis Urias earned a bases loaded walk for the Brewers' other run in the frame. Tyrone Taylor would make it 9-1 with a RBI single in the eighth. The Rockies would hit two homers in the top of the ninth against Connor Sadzeck, but would get no closer. Brandon Woodruff earned the win for the Brewers, giving up just four hits and the lone run in the first inning.
The Brewers go for the sweep on Sunday afternoon with the first pitch at 1:10 p.m.
