"Take me out to the ball game" will have a new meaning on November 11th at American Family Field in Milwaukee.
The Wisconsin Badgers will host a basketball doubleheader featuring the women's team facing Kansas State at 4 p.m. and the men's team matching up against Stanford at 7 p.m. Men's coach Greg Gard hopes this is the first of many contests at the home of the Milwaukee Brewers as a precursor for the college basketball season.
Tickets have been on sale for the last few days as a part of presale offers, but the general public sale will begin Tuesday at noon. Ticket prices are considered to be dynamic, but early entries on resale sites have the get-in price at around $50.
Holding non-Brewers sporting events is nothing new for American Family Field. As Miller Park, the stadium hosted the U.S. Bowling Congress in 2007 and three international soccer friendlies in 2014, 2015, and 2018.
