Brewers rally for walk-off victory

It took a little longer, but the Milwaukee Brewers were able to leave town on a happy note with a 4-3 victory over the Tampa Bay Rays Wednesday afternoon.

The Brewers jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first inning with Mike Brosseau and Keston Hiura driving in runs with RBI singles. The Rays would score the next three runs, two of which came off of homers by Yu Chang and Randy Arozarena to spoil another strong start by Brandon Woodruff. Rowdy Tellez would come through again for the Brewers, clubbing his 23rd homer of the year in the bottom of the ninth to force the game into extra innings. Devin Williams kept the Rays off the scoreboard in the top half of the inning, and Willy Adames closed the game out with a single that drove home Tyrone Taylor to win the ballgame.

The Brewers will have Thursday off before beginning a big series in St. Louis Friday.
