The soccer season is revving up with a number of games played on Thursday and continuing through the weekend.
THURSDAY
Sturgeon Bay did not need the full time allotted to defeat Kewaunee, topping them with a 10-0 mercy-rule victory.
Garrett Voight scored the game-winning goal against Algoma on a penalty kick to win that game 1-0 for Gibraltar/Sevastopol.
Luxemburg-Casco left Waupaca with a loss as they were doubled up at home 4-2.
FRIDAY
Luxemburg-Casco returns to action to host Green Bay Southwest at 6:30 p.m.
SATURDAY
Gibraltar/Sevastopol competes in a tournament at Winneconne that will also feature West Bend West and Denmark. The first game is at 9:30 a.m.
Sturgeon Bay will host Seymour for a 6:30 p.m. match.
