The Sturgeon Bay Clippers soccer team will try to break a losing streak on Tuesday when they host the De Pere Redbirds on Tuesday.

The Clippers have not fared well against the state's top-flight teams as they dropped a pair of games to Racine Horlick and Kenosha Tremper by identical 1-0 scores. Include Notre Dame into the mix, they have only given up three goals total to teams in the top 10 in the state of their respective divisions. They are undefeated in the EWC/Packerland Conference.

The Redbirds are on a three-game point streak, tying Madison Memorial (2-2) and picking up victories against West De Pere (3-0) and Green Bay East (3-2). James Dorchester is the Redbirds' leading scorer with five goals and an assist. 

Game time is set for 6:30 p.m. with radio coverage on 103.3 FM/96.7 WBDK-HD 2 and NEWRadioSportsNetwork.com beginning at 6:15 p.m.

Other Tuesday matches include Luxemburg-Casco hosting Wrightstown at 6:30 p.m. and Kewaunee visiting Cedar Grove-Belgium for a 7 p.m. first touch.
