The final race before next week's Packerland Championships will take Gibraltar to Brillion for an invitational on Thursday.

The Vikings will race against Brillion, Chilton, Hilbert, Hortonville, Kaukauna, Manitowoc Lincoln, Mishicot, Oostburg, St. Mary Catholic, Valders, and Winneconne at Deer Run Golf Course beginning at 4 p.m.

Logan Mittermann hit a personal-best 18:17 at the 5K distance at last week's Pioneer Classic in Sturgeon Bay. Betsy Lecy led the girls with a time of 22:26, but Abigail Demeuse followed Mittermann's personal record with one of her own.
