If the Green Bay Packers are going to try to change their fortunes with a new player, today may be the last day to do it. 

The NFL trade deadline is Tuesday at 4 p.m. ET/3 p.m. CT with the Packers in need of several positions to address their injuries and shortcomings in the linebacker, offensive line, and wide receiver rooms. 

At 3-5, some people around the NFL are debating whether the Packers are buyers or sellers at the deadline. The Packers do face a favorable but motivated opponent in the Detroit Lions on Sunday before a brutal stretch when they face the Dallas Cowboys and the Tennessee Titans in a five-day stretch.
