Bucks grind out OT win without stars

The Milwaukee Bucks had to play some free basketball on Wednesday to leave Oklahoma City with a 136-132 victory over the Thunder.

The Bucks were without Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jrue Holiday, but that just meant some of the team's role players had to shine instead. Jevon Carter scored 21 points in the first half en route to a team-high 36 points, partly thanks to his hot shooting behind the arc. Bobby Portis entered the starting line-up to score 21 points, while teammates Brook Lopez added a season-high 25 points.

It was as even as you could get throughout the entire game with the score tied at the end of each half, but the Bucks outscored their hosts 10-6 in the second overtime to secure the victory.

The Bucks will play the San Antonio Spurs on the road on Friday.
