Davin Zeigler scored 19 points in the loss, the only member of the Phoenix to cross the double-digit threshold. Four Hoyas players scored in double figures in Georgetown's 99-89 win against Coppin State on Tuesday.

The Phoenix women will play their home opener on Saturday at 1 p.m. when Marist comes to town. After an even first quarter, the Phoenix saw Drake slowly pull away from them in an 80-67 loss on Monday. Cassie Schiltz was one of three players to reach double figures in the loss. The Red Foxes are 0-2 after a blowout loss to Villanova in their opener and a close 65-61 defeat to Penn on Thursday.
