The Green Bay Gamblers split their weekend set in Muskegon to hit the halfway point of November with a 7-6-1 record.
On Friday, the Gamblers scored the first two goal but the Lumberjacks scored the final three in a 3-2 loss. Artyom Levshunov continued his hot November with his seventh goal of the season in the first period and Michael DeAngelo added his own tally in the second period. That was a part of a stretch where the two teams combined for three goals in less than five minutes, including both Lumberjacks' scores in 52 seconds.
DeAngelo would play well in the Saturday game, registering a pair of assists in a 3-0 Gamblers victory. Kristoffer Eberly made 25 saves to preserve the shutout while Eli Sebastian, Nicholas Vantassell, and Jayden Davis scored goals for the Gamblers.
The Gamblers are back in action on Friday and Saturday when they travel to Middleton, Wis. to play the Madison Capitols.
