A second-half run by Gibraltar took them to a 58-45 victory over Wabeno-Laona on Saturday afternoon.

Led by Jake Schar's 31 points, the Vikings outscored their hosts 27-14 to earn their first victory of the young season. Carl Burgess added nine points and Mateo Jauregui added six points in the victory. 

Carter Janesch had 14 points and Adam Seeber registered 11 points in the loss for Wabeno/Laona.
