The Milwaukee Bucks will begin their three game road stretch against one of the hottest teams in the NBA currently, as they travel to Brooklyn to take on the Nets.
The Bucks and Nets have some history between each other, as they went to a thriller of a seven game series back in the 2021 season, when the Bucks were crowned NBA Champions. Milwaukee is coming off of a 114-106 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers, but still sit in first place in the Eastern Conference, a half game up on the Boston Celtics. Giannis Antetokoumpo led the Bucks in the loss, with 45 points and 15 rebounds.
Brooklyn has been led by one of the best players in the NBA, if not arguably the best, in Kevin Durant. Durant is averaging 30.1 points per game this season, good for sixth in the league, behind Antetokounmpo's 31.6 in third. The Nets have won seven straight games, including a 30 point win over the defending champion Golden State Warriors, a game where they scored 91 points in the first half.
