Two Eastern Conference foes are burning like chestnuts on an open fire to play each other on Christmas as the Milwaukee Bucks take on the Boston Celtics at the Garden.
In their last game, the Brooklyn Nets took an early lead and pulled away late in their 118-100 win over the Milwaukee Bucks Friday night. Six different players scored in double figures for the Nets compared to just four for the Bucks. Giannis Anetokounmpo led the way with 26 points for the Bucks.
The Celtics have split their last two games including a win over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday.
The Bucks have won two of their last three Christmas Day games, including last year's thrilling 117-113 victory over the Celtics last year.
