Luxemburg-Casco boys makes an annual visit to Kress Center

The Luxemburg-Casco Spartans boys' basketball team continues its post-holiday tradition alive on Tuesday as they play in the Sun Drop Shootout at the Kress Events Center on the campus of UW-Green Bay.

The Spartans' Jack Rollin led the team with 10 points in an offensive struggle in a 42-30 loss to Seymour on December 20th. The Spartans only mustered seven points in the opening frame, placing them in a hole they could not dig out of as they dropped to 4-4 on the season.

On the other side of the court will be Brillion, which is 8-0 on the season and averaging more than 73 points per game. All eight of their wins have been by at least 14 points and seven wins, including their 66-46 decision to Kiel, were by at least 20 points. Jeremy Lorenz is averaging a double-double per game with 21 points and 12 rebounds a game.

Tip off from the Kress Center is scheduled for 5 p.m.
