Packers-Lions flexed to Sunday night

You will have to wait all day for Sunday night to determine if the Green Bay Packers will carry on into the playoffs past the Detroit Lions.

The NFL chose the Packers-Lions game to be the final game of the 2022 NFL Regular Season after leaving Week 18 open to schedule swapping based on matchups and playoff scenarios.

The Lions could have nothing to play for but pride when the ball is kicked off on Sunday at 7:20 p.m. A win by the Seattle Seahawks earlier in the day would eliminate the Lions from playoff contention. The Lions must win and receive a Seahawks loss to make the playoffs. The Packers have to beat Detroit to punch their ticket as a seven-seed.
