Door County United swimming gets back to work

After a long layoff, the Door County United Swimming Team gets back into the pool for competition. 

 

The team heads to Cedarburg to face Arrowhead, Berlin, Brown Deer, Franklin, Germantown, Grafton, Menomonee Falls, Nicolet, Shorewood, Verona, West Bend West, and Whitefish Bay. 

 

In their last meet, notable swims and finishes against Chilton and Two Rivers included:
-1st place finish in the 200 medley relay (Race Kasten, Jack Monfils, Logan Filar, Ezra Linnan) with a time of 1:47.62 (a season-best in the 200 medley relay)
-2nd (Colton Blackley, Linnan, Branden Neubauer, Filar) with a time of 1:39.48 (a season-best in the 200 free relay)
-1st place finish in the 400 free relay (Kasten, Neubauer, Atwell, Monfils) with a time of 3:51.76 (a season-best in the 400 free relay)

 

The meet begins at 1 p.m.
