Phoenix men bounced while women look to bounce back

It is up to the Green Bay Phoenix women's basketball team to salvage a game in the two program's weekend residency at home.

 

The Phoenix men wrapped up theirs Saturday night with a 72-38 loss to Robert Morris. After trailing by just two at the break, they were outscored 53-21 in the second half. Randy Tucker led the Phoenix with 11 points and seven rebounds while Clarence Cummings III and Jack Rose added six points apiece in the loss. The Colonials went two separate 10-plus runs to separate themselves from the Phoenix

 

The Phoenix women are looking to come back from a heartbreaking 63-60 loss to Youngstown State on Friday night. Jasmine Kondrakiewicz and Luxemburg-Casco product Cassie Schiltz each added 15 points on the night while Bailey Butler filled up the box score with eight points, six rebounds, and six assists. They face the Lady Colonials on Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m.
