The last four years of MVPs will face off as two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo and back to back MVP Nikola Jokic will go to battle when Milwaukee hosts the Denver Nuggets.
Milwaukee is fresh off of the second highest scoring output in the league this season, beating the Detroit Pistons 150-130. The Bucks were officially healthy for the first time this season, with the only player listed on the injury report being Serge Ibaka, who was listed out for personal reasons, and appears to be headed elsewhere soon according to Shams Charania. Khris Middleton returned for the first time since December 15th, and scored 8 points in 15 limited minutes.
Nikola Jokic could very well be on his way to his third consecutive Most Valuable Player award, as he is nearly averaging a triple double with 25 points, 11 rebounds, and 9.9 assists per game. The Nuggets sit in first of the Western Conference so far this season at 33-14, with a two game lead over the Memphis Grizzlies. This will be the first matchup between the Bucks and the Nuggets this season, with the second set for March 25th.
