The area's girls' basketball teams struggled to pick up victories on Friday night.

The Sturgeon Bay girls' basketball team struggled against Peshtigo, losing their match-up 64-36.

The Sevastopol girls' basketball team dominated Southern Door from start to finish in their 55-23 victory.

The Vikings and Pioneers will meet each other on Saturday for a 4:30 p.m. matinee.
