Luxemburg-Casco Wrestling will return to Madison for the team Division 2 State Championships after winning the Freedom Sectional Tuesday night. In the semi-final, the Spartans rolled to a 59-18 victory by dominating the later matches of the night, winning six of the final seven weight classes by pins.
In the final sectional match, Luxemburg-Casco beat Freedom 44-22 to earn their ticket to state. The Spartans won nine of the 14 weight classes. The final results from all the matches from both sectional matches are below.
Max Ronsman, who returned a few weeks ago from a leg injury suffered last September, shared his journey on getting back on the mat to complete in the 152-pound
class.
