The Milwaukee Bucks have added to their depth under the basket by taking a chance on an older player.
According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, former Miami Heat forward Meyers Leonard is signing a 10-day contract with the Milwaukee Bucks. The University of Illinois has not played in the league for two years since he was caught uttering an antisemitic slur while video games. He has appeared in nine NBA seasons between his stops in Miami and Portland, averaging 5.6 ppg and 3.9 rpg.
The Bucks return from the All-Star break on Friday when they host Leonard's former team, the Heat, at 6:30 p.m.
