Girls' Tournament action with Sevastopol, L-C on NEW Radio Sports Network

Four local teams will look for bids to Saturday's regional finals with games on Friday, two of which will be featured on the NEW Radio Sports Network.

 

A record-setting regular season will officially be put in the rearview mirror Friday night when the Sevastopol Pioneers host the Suring Eagles in the WIAA DIvision 5 Regional Semi-Final. Tim Kowols and Bryan Mazur will have the call from Institute on U 102.1 and NEWRadioSportsNetwork.com beginning at 6:45 p.m. with the pregame show followed by the opening tip at 7 p.m.

 

The Luxemburg-Casco Spartan girls will have a tall task ahead of them as they travel to West De Pere Friday night in a WIAA Division 2 girl’s basketball regional semi-final. The pregame on 104.1 WRLU begins at 6:45 p.m. with tip-off scheduled for 7 p.m.  The game will also be streamed on New Radio Sports Network with Paul Schmitt and Reece Robillard on the call. 

 

The Kewaunee Storm girls basketball team will look to make it another upset in the WIAA Tournament when they travel to Coleman to take on the Cougars in the Regional Semifinals. Tip from Coleman is set for 7:00 P.M. 

 

The Algoma Wolves' girls basketball team will make their own upset bid on the road Friday night when they make their way to Crandon for its WIAA Tournament Regional Semifinal. Tip is set for 7 p.m.
