The WBCA came out with their Girls Basketball Academic All-State list earlier in the week, and the Gibraltar Vikings and Sevastopol Pioneers had multiple players make their way onto the list. 

Chloe Alexander, Colleen Carlisle, Krista Church, Betsy Lecy, Quincy Chomeau, Pam Prescott and Andie Schar were all honored on the All-State list for the Vikings. Where as Bailey Rikkola and Reese Schauske were named the two Pioneers players on the list. 

Both teams had great seasons this year, and these specific girls show what it means to be student-athletes. Seniors on this list have opportunities to be named to the All-Academic Elite List later in the season.
